Marcel Nagel has over 25 years of experience with component manufacturers in the mechanical and plant engineering sectors, as well as in factory automation. He has worked in medium-sized family businesses and international B2B markets, most recently as CDO & CTO of a leading component manufacturer in the mechanical engineering industry. His expertise encompasses consulting-intensive mechanical and mechatronic components and systems. As a mechanical engineer with many years of experience in product management, product development, and engineering, he supports executives and project managers. His focus is on developing and implementing business and product strategies, as well as the digital utilization of product, application, and market data. He also optimizes processes for the efficient realization of customized customer solutions.

Wolfgang Weis

Wolfgang Weis brings over 25 years of experience in technical sales, specializing in workpiece handling and, in particular, rotary drives such as rotary tables. He understands the challenges of special-purpose machine manufacturing and supports sales managers and managing directors in optimizing their processes. For the past 18 months, he has led Technivation GmbH and has focused extensively on modern sales strategies, especially in content and social media marketing. His approach emphasizes the importance of clear communication of technical solutions and a focus on customer needs. He acts as a liaison between mechanical engineering companies and the marketing world, ensuring that technical content is conveyed in an understandable and target-group-oriented manner.

Jörg has been a process facilitator for business transformation, leadership, and team development projects for over 15 years. Using methods from organizational development and change management, his focus is on activating strategies and concepts within companies by engaging the people affected by the changes and collaboratively planning the implementation with them. Jörg also contributes his expertise in facilitation, training, and coaching to Augur Pro. Over the past 15 years, Jörg has supported numerous medium-sized companies with national and international reach. Jörg holds a degree in Business Administration and, prior to his work as a transformation facilitator, held management and leadership positions in marketing and sales within the industrial sector.
