Mit über 25 Jahren Berufserfahrung und praktischer Erfahrung bei Komponentenherstellern im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau sowie in der Fabrikautomation war er stets in mittelständischen Familienunternehmen und internationalen B2B-Märkten tätig – zuletzt als CDO & CTO eines führenden Komponentenherstellers im Maschinenbau.

Er verfügt über fundierte Erfahrung im Umfeld beratungsintensiver mechanischer und mechatronischer Komponenten und Systeme – sowohl im direkten Kontakt mit Inhabern und Gesellschaftern als auch in der Kommunikation mit Führungskräften, Fachkräften, Anwendern, Kunden, Partnern und Dienstleistern.

Jörg ist seit über 15 Jahren Prozessbegleiter bei Business-Transformations- Leadership- und Team Entwicklungs-Projekten. Mit Methoden aus der Organisations-Entwicklung und dem Change-Management liegt sein Fokus auf der unternehmensinternen Aktivierung von Strategien und Konzepten indem er die Menschen im Unternehmen mitnimmt, die von den entsprechenden Veränderungen betroffen sind und mit Ihnen kollaborativ die Implementierung plant. Zudem bringt Jörg seine Kompetenz in Moderation, Training und Coaching bei Augur Pro ein.

In den letzten 15 Jahren hat Jörg zahlreiche Unternehmen aus dem Mittelstand mit nationaler und internationaler Reichweite begleitet. Jörg ist Dipl. Betriebswirt und arbeitete vor seiner Tätigkeit als Transformationsbegleiter als Manager und Führungskraft in Marketing und Vertrieb der Industrie.
